Mechanical Adaptive Filter means that the flow rate is adjusted in mod automatic turbidity conditions, solids and semi-solids in suspension in water. Practice tells us that when feeding is preceded by the growth of these particles in water and consequently we have achieved a greater burden in the mechanical filter. This system leads to energy savings of over 70%
To be effective, mechanical filtration system must remove these solids and even organic matter such as algae, as soon as possible. An ideal system would remove any solid system in a half hour to two recirculation per hour, but we must take into account that not all tap water passes through the mechanical filter at that time and because the mixture filtered water with the unfiltered will be situations where a percentage of the volume of water to be recycled several times and some will come to not be entrained in the filter. This depends on the form pools, whirlpools and bustle of the actual location of the water.
